- JMJordana MatherAug 22, 20185.0We replaced terrible carpeting throughout our house (except for the bathroom and kitchen) and Chelsea Floor Covering was easy to work with from beginning to end! We got expert advice on choosing a new carpet. Installation was surprisingly quick (half a day for 1,000 square feet despite a significant pattern match), and scheduled to meet our needs: on a weekend and with a tight timeline before we had house guests. We originally weren't sure if we'd be able to clear all the furniture from our rooms, but when we were able to, Chelsea Floor let me know they would reduce the cost of the installation (since they'd factored in labor for furniture moving). The installers left the floors vacuumed and everything tidy. And when a few days later I noticed there were a few places I could feel the tacks through the carpeting, they sent the installation crew back to the house to correct the issue. I hope to not need new carpeting again for many years, but we'll absolutely got back to Chelsea Floor Covering when we do!

He didn't even call to inform that there will be a delay even though client already waited for delivery. He carelessly will tell you to go and pick it up in Woburn and won't even care about customer satisfaction or hours of availability. Bad experience
