  Milltown is great, we always call them for plumbing and electrical. They are professional, honest, knowledgeable. We would give them more stars if we could. We highly recommend them for any plumbing or electrical repair. We are very pleased with Milltown.

  I was referred to MillTown from a friend when I needed an electrician to replace a circuit breaker box and also outside wires as soon as possible ! The gentleman came looked at it quoted me price was suuuuuper nice , courteous and very professional and friendly ! He came the next day , before on time which was awesome ! One guy did the outside and the other did the cellar and got the job done ! At any time I had question he answered them to the fullest ! There getting the full 5 stars from us and will in the future be calling for further jobs that need to be done also! And also last minute needed 2 new light switches and he had no problem doing that for us also 👍 ! Thanx

  Repairwoman and repairman were very professional. They thoroughly explained what the problems were, explained as they were going what the next steps were, and were very fast and efficient the whole time. This isn’t the first time I’ve used this company and highly recommend them if you’re having toilet problems.

  I had a very positive experience with Liz during my recent MillTown home inspection. She was knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and genuinely enthusiastic about her work. What I appreciated most was the time she took to answer my questions and explain what she was seeing throughout the house. She made the different plumbing, water-quality, and home-protection options easy to understand and provided helpful information about routine care and maintenance of my home's systems. Liz was also very observant beyond the immediate items we were discussing. When she noticed something that might warrant additional attention from another MillTown specialty, she appropriately noted it for follow-up rather than trying to address something outside the scope of her visit. I appreciated that attention to the whole house and her willingness to make sure my concerns reached the right people. Throughout the appointment, Liz was friendly, patient, informative, and never made me feel rushed while I asked questions. I came away from the inspection with a much better understanding of my home's plumbing and water systems and the options available to me. Liz represented MillTown extremely well, and I would be very happy to have her back for future work or inspections. Great experience overall.

  Extremely expensive prices get suspiciously lower the times I negotiated, dont always have the energy to play that game. Full servicing almost 2k for one AC and 4k for the other, and the 2k one died fully within a few months. They said they couldnt fix it without a new system, 2k unrefundable. Plumbing anecdote, the guy came and said he couldnt shut off the toilets water supply, too stuck. I try after he leaves and it just required a little squeeze to move nothing crazy. Charged 200+ bucks to snake a toilet and fail to turn a shutoff valve. Electrical guys ctually seemed value and helpful.
