  The Milltown Technician was very knowledgeable, he listen to what was happening and explained what the best repair would be to eliminate the overflow issue. He was personable, neat and very efficient. Got right to work and did an excellent job.

  A gentleman named Matt came by today for our Annual Inspection tied to HVAC / Oil Boiler system and Heat Pumps/Mini Splits. He is fantastic and the person you definitely want if you have an older Oil burning furnace system. Very knowledgeable, professional, accommodating with questions and doesnt make you feel like he's in a rush. He takes pride in his craft and we trust his work and feel safe relying on his ability to maintain our systems. Prices are maybe higher than other places, but it feels worth it for providing us comfort knowing we're maintaining a very important system - especially in the winter. If you can afford MillTown I highly reccomend them for this work.

  We had a great experience with MillTown. Our AC unit needed repairs, and their technician, Devin, worked for two days in sweltering heat to get everything fixed and running properly again. Devin was professional, hardworking, and dedicated to making sure the job was done right. He never seemed rushed despite the challenging conditions. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and commitment. Thank you, Devin and the entire MillTown team, for going above and beyond. I highly recommend MillTown for their professionalism and exceptional customer service!

  I had two other plumbing companies come in previously to repair and replace valves on my radiators. In each case they said no it was too old. They wouldn’t work on them and other reasons not to do it. Milltown had a man come over look at my radiators, give me the various options, and then set up the job with a full price quote before hand. On the day of the work one of their plumbers came over. He was very professional, very courteous, very careful not to disturb me as I was working from home that day, and he fully explained what he was going to do. The job was done in one day, I expected it to be more than one day. I’m very happy with the work. And, it came in under the price quote and they gave me the cheaper price. I am absolutely thrilled with the work that Milltown Plumbing did. From start to finish professional, courteous, and efficient.

  Used Milltown Plumbing for the first time and was extremely impressed and happy with their constant communication and taking care of a water leak in my basement wall. Ed M. arrived at our home when he said he would and made the needed repairs. Very neat and friendly. Will definitely use Milltown as our plumbing company and will ask for Ed M.
