- IIieunhac701 day ago1.0Never call emergency to the Mill Town heat and cooling, they charge for dispatch $85 and $345 per hour, they sent unskilled technician just to open and tighten screws and found nothing and turned into electrical problem… arguing on the phone with bad , tough manager wanted to take all $430 and did not thing to AC’s working… finally he took off $85 but I was very mad to pay this company… never call or use this bad service and unskilled worker.
- NWNancy Walsh2 days ago5.0The pipe that my washer emptied into had been overflowing for a month. The repairman came exactly at 8:30am as promised, checked out and explained the problem and price. Within an hour he had snaked the pipe, double checked that the drain was working and was on his way. He had installed my water heater in the past and did a thorough, excellent job them too.

And most importantly, every single person that I spoke to, including the installer and the electrician were extremely friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with them. In a tough situation they came through. I highly recommend them.

- LJLucille JeromeMay 8, 20264.0He was very helpful and explained a lot to me. This was for the yearly air conditioner maintenance. He had to use the outdoor water faucet, but the turn on/off is in a crawl space in back of a closet. He helped by taking everything out of the closet and then replaced everything which was very helpful. The only thing I noticed afterwards: the fan was continuously running, and I don't generally do that.
