- AGalessia guerriero5 days ago2.0The sales person was very professional but the quote was OUTRAGEOUS. 36k for a tub to shower update is straight up robbery. I’m sorry. Not the salesman’s fault, but just wow.
- KKKathyOct 31, 20265.0My situation helping an amputee is not easy. We had several bath companies come, with high pressure, and had to kick them out--not an easy task!!! Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital sent a guy named John and it was so different. John was extremely nice, knowledgeable and helpful. We now have a plan to make this bathroom safe-- and a financial strategy he shared to make it affordable. I highly recommend Jacuzzi and John with absolutely no reservation. Kathy S, Wareham, MA
- JTJean TaveauOct 30, 20264.0Construction is not always simple, and my project had some hiccups. The guys from Jacuzzi got it done properly, and John was accessible and helpful throughout the process. In the end— we love the results. My granddaughters and I love the new bathtub and shower. We’d recommend Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital.
- LGlisa gearyOct 29, 20265.0My husband and I had a good meeting with Jeff R. yesterday. He explained all of our options for a tub to shower install conversion. He was personable and answered all of our questions. He gave us a fair proposal that is in line with other companies, however, Jacuzzi also provides transferable warranties.
- JAJoe AndradeOct 17, 20265.0My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with John Cummings, a sales representative from Jacuzzi , and I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service we received. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us make the best decision for our needs. He took the time to explain the products in detail, answer every question we had, and ensure we understood all our options. What stood out most was his patience and his commitment to making sure we felt confident and informed before moving forward. It never felt like a sales pitch—just honest guidance from someone who clearly cares about customer satisfaction. Jacuzzi is lucky to have John, a dedicated and customer-focused representative on their team
