  Working with Window World of Boston was a great experience from beginning to end. The salesperson was knowledgeable and didn’t try to up sell and the crew that did the job was fantastic and left my basement cleaner than it was before they came. They worked very hard and wrapped up the job (15 windows) in one day. I gathered other estimates and I don’t usually go with companies that advertise as much as WW does but so glad I did! Competitive pricing and I love the product.

  I’ve searched different companies for my project and WW is the one that got all my check mark I am looking for from the representative, Tom was great and answered my questions, sell the product greatly and price is right. Though there was a little glitch with scheduling my installation but otherwise still a 5 stars. With Manny and Francis who came and installed the sliding door and window they are professionals and work as a team and did a job well done. They clean everything after the installation and left no trash at the vicinity. I am very happy overall and will recommend WW to other tenants at the building. Someone already inquire and gave Tom’s number hope it works 😊.

  The installers were on time and worked until the job was complete. They were friendly, professional, knew what they were doing and cleaned up after the job was completed.

  We had a fantastic experience with Window World to replace original 1955 Cape Cod style house windows. We had 14 replaced. From initial phone call to a same week consultation with Eric we knew we were in great hands from the start. He spent a Saturday going through options and giving best advice. We proceeded with the contract and within just a few weeks, heard back that our windows were ready for install. Jeova and his team efficiently installed all windows and spent a few hours on finishing touches. All in one day. I was so impressed that this “daunting” project as a homeowner was so easy. I should’ve done this a long time ago. Literally no cleanup, it’s almost like there wasn’t even a construction project the same day with how clean they left the front and inside of our home. We are awaiting new shutters which should come soon. Highly recommend without reservations!!!
