  I am writing in no way about the installation. The installers did an excellent job and were fantastic, that is the only reason it isn't a 1 rating.. The initial interaction with the sales rep was very good, but in the end there was no concern with the customer, as no follow up from the company. I was having 18 windows and a front door replaced, and was told 5-8 weeks to have installed. After 8 weeks, I reached out as I heard nothing. I was then told the order for the door was taking time, but no one proactively notified me. I had to follow up two more times, and then getting the install scheduled was a convoluted process as well. Eventually the scheduling was done and the installing crew did a fantastic job. They kept me up to date on progress and everything looks great. Then there was the financing.. one of the major reasons I went with this company is they assured me I would have no interest or payments for 18 months and used Upgrade as the financing company. In the end, although they assured me when I was going through the financing paperwork with the sales person, he summarized it as no interest and no financing for 18 months. I have now been billed well before the expiration date (15 months prior to the trial period ending). My fault for trusting a sales person in a company. I actually had a better price with the same warranty from another company but they didn't offer the no interest/no payment option.. this was definitely a bait and switch and I DO NOT RECOMMNED EITHER COMPANY (Upgrade or Window World of Boston)

  Our experience with Window World was flawless from beginning to end. It started with a visit to our home by Tom Dennis, Design Consultant. He arrived on time and was pleasant and knowledgeable. He measured our windows and showed us samples. He explained all the features and demonstrated how they worked. Our home was built around 1897 and I was concerned about replacing the large 6 foot long windows and their dark wood frames. He showed me an aluminum version with the exact color and wood grain finish as the originals. Tom quoted a price for 3 of the large windows and 2 smaller bedroom windows. There was no pressure to make a quick decision. We usually get several estimates but the price was reasonable and I'd read excellent reviews so we agreed. Also, the windows are made in the USA. A few weeks later, installers Miguel and Omar arrived right on time with the windows. They did an amazing job of removing the old windows and installing the new ones. They answered all our questions and were competent and pleasant. They caused no damage and cleaned up beautifully when they were finished. The job took less time than expected and the results were incredible! We are SO glad we chose Window World.

  Window World is super professional throughout the whole process, from presale, measurement and installation. Sales person didn't oversell, only addressed to my need. I replaced my bay window with a much cheaper easily maintained vinyl picture slider window. It was the best recommendation, and friendly for the wallet too. The installation crew were also super professional. The job was quickly done without a glitch. More impressively, everything is left clean and tidy as if no construction has been done.

  1st experience with Window World was in 2017. It was excellent then, but even better two weeks ago. The quality of the sliding doors and window are second to none, and the price simply cannot be beat. Manny and Francis work together like a synchronized machine. They were professional, experienced and respectful of my home and time. I am asking for them specifically when I have my work finished in 2027. Thanks so much.

  My elderly mother had window world remove and replace 8 windows by window world.Since then,I purchased the home and wanted it repainted.The windows are ok but the gaps under the trim boards were horrendous,they took off the trim boards and then put the trim boards over the windows then cocked them right to the sides off the windows, the sils were also rotting out.why get new windows when around the whole window is rotting.Sort of defeats the purpose.
