  I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding work Flexway Masonry completed on my home. They removed my entire chimney from the roof all the way down through the house into the basement, and the whole project was handled professionally from start to finish. Once the chimney was removed, they completely closed in the roof and carried out all the necessary repairs, including replacing the damaged wood, installing new underlayment and roofing paper, and leaving everything completely weatherproof. Their workmanship was first-class, and you would never know such a major project had ever taken place. Inside my home, they repaired all the drywall, expertly plastered the walls and ceilings, and finished everything with a fresh coat of paint. The finish is absolutely flawless—you would never believe there had ever been a chimney running through the house. Every room was left looking perfect. The crew was hardworking, respectful, punctual, and kept everything clean throughout the job. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship exceeded all of my expectations.   I recently hired Flexway Masonry to completely refinish my entire basement after I was having water coming through the outside foundation wall. Their team installed a brand-new drainage system, professionally repointed and restored the masonry where needed, and fully waterproofed the entire basement from start to finish. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding, and they kept me informed throughout the whole project. My basement is now completely dry, watertight, and looks fantastic. It’s a huge relief knowing the water issues have been properly resolved.
