  Always responsive and communication is excellent. They arrive on schedule and always have done a great job with our pipe issues. Also they give honest advice to prevent future problems. We highly recommend Drain Remedy!

  Farah was phenomenal! She was so professional and intelligent and went above and beyond to explain to us what was going on and how to prevent future issues. She was just awesome and so sweet! Truly a valuable experience and person to learn from, I feel much better knowing we have a great local company nearby if the need ever arises again.

  I called at 7:28AM because my toilet was leaking. The tech, Darnell, rang my doorbell at 7:45AM! Darnell was very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He identified my problem, let my know the cost and quickly got to work to resolve the issue. This is my second time using Drain Remedy, and while I hope my house cooperates moving forward, I know who to call if not! :)
