Ive been using LL pre finished SELECT white oak for many years with good results. However my last job came with about 25% of the boards having small, dark knots in the board face (see photo). At the time of installation, I thought the imperfections would just blend in, but now as I look at the floor every day it looks like there is debris on the floor and I realize it was a mistake to install the flawed boards. I will not buy again from LL unless they guarantee a return credit for any and all boards with knots and other defects.

Richard and James at Lumber Liquidators were incredibly helpful with my flooring questions. As a woman, I’ve sometimes felt talked down to in other stores, but both of them were super professional and respectful every step of the way. They took the time to answer all of my questions and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Lumber Liquidators is lucky to have them, they really made my experience a positive one! And I am very excited about my new beautiful floors! Great products and employees!

The store manager James McCormick in Braintree is amazing and very informative. He guided us throughout the decision process and offered important information to help us choose the best flooring for our home. We started out very confused and ended very secure and happy with our decision! Thank you James! Debra & Michael Halifax Ma
