The store closed at 4pm and the workers shutdown 4:40 i droven 1:30 hour and thirty minutes get there 20 minutes before close they we shutdown coming back tomorrow , why in the web site saying close 4:pm
- DGDyanna GoddingJun 29, 20261.0I was just plowed into three times by one of their drivers today. Instead of yielding and waiting his turn to merge into my lane. He decided to ram me instead. He was indignant, unapologetic and didn't even check on my safety. So was his supervisor John Hanlon when I called the company to report the incident. I've never seen an at fault driver be so damned rude, dismissive, and ignorant. He literally shrugged his shoulders and said well you saw me wanting to merge and you didn't get out of the way. He was so irrational. The gentleman behind me was actually yielding to let him in. All he had to do was wait his turn or not intentionally drive into a left turn only lane knowing he wasn't turning left. I doubt that driver will have any consequences but I hope his license gets suspended once the investigation is completed. I would expected a company representative to have at least been professional but he was just as rude and entitled.

Can't think of anything better you'd want in a customer service representative. Also, a few days ago a John Barrington came by the house to take measurements for my new kitchen. Friendly and punctual. Promised me the design in 1 day and he delivered. Sent me a copy of the design by email as well as to my contractor Sean. Impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. So far, money well spent.
