  I had the pleasure of Narrow Way helping me out with an issue involving my kitchen faucet. Huguens came and found the problem, spent all morning making sure it was fixed and did not leave for almost 5 hours because as he said, "we do it right!"... I am so happy to have them be my go-to folks and already have another issue to have them help me with. Thank You! I highly recommend them. Everyone has been professional, nice, knowledgable and spent time explaining everything to me !

  I have utilized the services of Narrow Way Plumbing for over 15 years. Twice during that tenure I had medical problems that Made it challenging to pay. Although expeericing their own concerns. They extended Olive Branches to me and my family by being patient in accepting monthly payments to complete the process of paying in full. The owner Matt took the time to speak to me in person. In doing so he showed respect and compassion. This motivated me to be more committed to completing the process, although it was very challenging.   Showed up on time, assessed the problem, explained the problem and proceeded to fix the problem. Polite, well informed left the room cleaned. Great customer service in the office as well as the field. I'll call them first for plumbing issues.
