  I love working with Narrow Way! They are so knowledgable and are excellent problem solvers. In addition, they are the nicest people you will ever meet in your life. They did a ton of work on my house project and everything is great.

  Small issue but we had tried ourselves and jut could not correct it! They came quickly and had us back up and “running” (it was a toilet issue) in no time!

  I can't recommend Narrow Way more highly. I recently called them to address some plumbing needs that were overlooked by a different contractor I was using for a bathroom reno. Elkan is the technician who took our job, and he was able to make it out the next day, on a weekend, quickly addressed my request, and also took the extra steps to ask questions about our renovation, and in doing so identified and addressed a separate problem that would've arisen later when we eventually installed our vanity. Superb service, very clean work, and fair pricing. Special thank you again to Elkan for all the help on short notice.

  I have used Narrow Way Plumbing several times in the past, and this is my first time writing a review. The reason why? I don't like to write reviews too soon before I can see how long the quality of the work last. I must say I love Narrow Way Plumbing because they show up promptly, they do the job correctly, and if they can't do the job they get someone, who can do the job correctly, and they guarantee their work. They also show up on weekends! If you have a problem with anything whatsoever you can call them and they will come back out to fix it. They come out and take care of your issues with plumbing that they have installed or not. They are extremely professional and have high quality parts. No hassle costs and no hidden fees. And you get a discount if you live in the city of Dorchester. Their prices are comparable to all of the other plumbers in Boston. However their professionalism, high quality parts available, and timeliness is better. And Naeem, is the best! He is a master plumber with years of experience!
