  John was wonderful to work with. I needed an urgent fire escape inspection because our certificate had expired, and he made the entire process incredibly easy. He returned my call within minutes, was able to perform the inspection the very same day, and, knowing I was on a tight deadline, completed the notarized certification by the following day. Throughout the entire process, Jon was responsive, communicative, punctual, and professional. He was also genuinely kind and a pleasure to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable and efficient inspection service.

  Highly recommend! John was so easy to work with. He's honest, capable, kind, and efficient. We have a 4-story brownstone in the South End, and he and his team made the repairs to our fire escape that we needed for the 5-year certification. John took care of everything, including permits and paper work with the city. What a refreshing experience working with John!

  We can't recommend John enough! We needed to get fire escapes repaired and up to code on 2 South End brownstones quickly. FAST and fair estimate, excellent work, and worked with the city to get certification in the nick of time. I would recommend him to everyone who needs to get their fire escapes worked on, and we will be calling him again in 5 years to get them certified again! Thanks very much John!!

  There are contractors that will get the job done and then there is John Carter. He arrives early every day. He follows all safety protocols to insure safety for his crew and the home owner. John"s crew is very neat and respectful of your property and clean up every day before leaving. I have been in the private multi family business 40+ years and the director of housing for a northshore town so I have hired many contractors over that time frame and Mr. Carter is among the best. So don't waste your time looking for another contractor that may or may not perform to expectation.
