- CWChulabhaya WijesundaraSep 30, 20265.0Justin from Horvitz Plumbing was awesome to work with and he was able to help us twice on short notice; first with a toilet flange issue that had been hiding a more serious piping issue, and second with all of the plumbing for a bathroom remodel (new toilet, new tub, new shower fixtures, new vanity). He’s super pleasant to interact with, always showed up as scheduled, and was extremely methodical and detail-oriented in everything he did. He’s our go-to plumber now, and I’d highly recommend him. Additionally I want to also add that Odette from Horvitz was also excellent to work with and she was phenomenal in helping handle all the logistics of scheduling/billing/etc. Thanks Odette!
- JBJason BrosnanSep 16, 20265.0Mike and Alex from Horvitz Plumbing did an absolutely outstanding job fixing a major toilet leak that had been incorrectly installed by a previous contractor. They were courteous, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable — taking the time to explain every step of the repair so I understood exactly what was being done. They were also extremely easy to work with, which made a stressful situation feel simple and straightforward. Truly the best plumbing team in Boston. Mike and Alex hit the ball out of the park — just like Big Papi used to do! 5 stars

- JLJiahan LyuAug 28, 20265.0Thank you so much, Michael! You were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful from the very beginning. I really appreciated how carefully you explained everything to me over the phone and helped me understand my options before scheduling the service. When you came today, you quickly figured out the problem and fixed my shower perfectly. It was such a relief, and the whole experience made me feel very well taken care of. Thank you again for your kindness and excellent work — I truly appreciate it!
