- JTJack Thompson2 days ago5.0Called to get a thermostat replaced, the process was quick and easy and the appointment was available within a week. Peter, the installer, was knowledgeable and took time to answer my questions while working on the thermostat. Great stuff!
- JLJoe Laskowski2 days ago5.0Initially we had a thermostat that wasn’t drawing power and needed attention; Peter ultimately found the issue to be a malfunctioning zoning panel on our furnace. This caused the thermostat to turn on and off intermittently, which took several callbacks to identify and then resolve. Peter persevered and got the system up running, which was further complicated by the older wiring in our home. It wasn’t an “easy fix,” but he worked hard to figure it all out. I should also give kudos to Max and Jeremy in the front office, both of whom were very helpful and responsive to my calls and helped prioritize Peter’s callbacks.

He pushed back saying it was too much for him to.do that. Customer service comes first. Please take my thoughts as constructive feedback. Otherwise it appears he did a good job.
