  Everyone at Semper was incredibly professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and helpful. Their prices were very reasonable and they walked me through the rebate and HEAT Loan process. I couldn't be more pleased with the service we received and will absolutely use them again.

  Semper saved my week! My previous HVAC company had wired a contactor incorrectly, and after multiple $ service calls, stated that my internal motor fan was failing and needed replacement. I called Semper for a second opinion (at the recommendation of my parents who are long time customers) and they were able to identify the issue, correct the wiring, and complete a chemical cleaning in under 90 minutes all for a fraction of the amount I had already paid the last company (never mind what they would have charged for the repairs!) Techs were professional and friendly, could not recommend highly enough. Saved me just in time for the heat wave!

  I highly recommend Semper Mechanical. They installed a mini-split system at my home which works great cooling the house with these hot summer days! From estimation to completion, it was a great experience and their team of installers were both professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time, and ensured everything was installed correctly, working properly and showed me how everything worked. A+ all the way. I'd highly recommend them. Thanks!

  Semper Mechanical is a business you want to do business with. We had a recent HVAC maintenance visit that went very well. However, an initial charge misunderstanding required me to reach out and within minutes I was contacted by the owner, by phone, a real person! Class act, responsive, professional, and clearly stands behind his business. We'll be back in '27 for an HVAC tune-up (and hopefully not before). Thank you.

  I am very happy that I called Semper based on the recommendation of my trusted plumber. Here's what happened. A week ago, one of the large companies (not Semper, and not 128 that does my furnace) came out to do my annual servicing on my 6-year-old A/C system. The technician said everything looked good except he claimed my condenser fan motor was drawing too many AMPs and was therefore on the cusp of failure. He recommended immediate replacement and gave a very high quote. Since the fan seemed to be working fine, I thought this warranted a second opinion. On the recommendation of my plumber, I called Semper. Their communication from day one was excellent, and it continued to be excellent through the scheduled date of the visit (today). Dan the technician arrived promptly in the morning, and I explained the situation to him. He took a look and figured out the previous technician was testing the wrong wire! The correct wire was showing normal amperage, suggesting the motor was completely fine (as it appeared to be). Doing his due diligence, Dan proceeded to check out the entire system as part of his visit. He was very friendly, professional, and competent. And, most of all, honest! I was willing to replace the fan motor if necessary, and I appreciate that Semper was truthful, saving me hundreds/thousands. I told Dan that this kind of competence/honesty goes a long way in today's world and earns lifelong customer loyalty. I'm now eager to switch my annual and ongoing A/C maintenance over to Semper. If they keep doing what they're doing, I certainly won't be alone.
