  Chad and team were awesome from start to finish, from the initial estimate to the finished project. They took down our old deck and rebuilt a beautiful new deck. They also replaced a broken glass window. I’d definitely recommend them. Their work is top notch, they take time to answer any questions, and they are very easy to work with.

  Chad and crew did a fantastic job with my bathroom renovation. They were on time, professional and very responsive whenever I had a question about the job. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project. I will be reaching out to them for future home improvement projects.

  We have worked with Chad and his team twice, both times replacing aging windows. Their products are of the highest quality (windows were from a manufacturer in the region), the quality of work has been exceptional, Chad and his team are very easy to work with, and the pricing is always reasonable - I would even say inexpensive in relation to high quality of work. We will keep going back to First Choice for our home projects.

  First Choice Construction was hired to find the source of leaky windows at our condo building. The underlying cause required replacing siding, securing the integrity of the window waterproofing, and redoing damage done by a previous contractor. It was a big job. The entire team - Chad, Greg, Brian, and Kenny were great to work with. On time, industrious, polite, happily answered so many of our questions. Would hire them again and would recommended them to anyone who wants the work done right and a pleasant experience with a contractor!
