  I want to preface this review with the comment that Rob, our window installer, was great and a really nice guy. If he were my only interaction with the business this review would easily be 5 stars. But it wasn’t. Like others here, our window install dates happened much later than initially quoted. I had to call weekly to ask what the status was and was met with a passive-aggressive response of “I cant make windows appear out of thin air”. Then there was an issue where our window did not pass QA and had to be redone before it even left the shop, which extended the wait even longer. Then they came installed one window but not the 2 others, which meant we had to wait to have the rest installed again since the installers were previously scheduled elsewhere. It got so ridiculous to the point where I did something I never do and asked for a manager to call me, and just like everything else with this company, I am still waiting. EDIT: After posting this review I did receive an email from the owner that acknowledged the issues we experienced and apologized, which I appreciated. I know running a business like this is complicated and things will always go wrong, so take my experience with a grain of salt.

  Amazing service! Beverly Glass installed nice frameless shower doors when we renovated our bathroom 3 years ago. I went in last week to inquire about replacement gaskets for the bottom of the doors. Not only did they have them in stock, they cut them to size for. Fast, friendly service!

  Beverly Glass did a superb job installing the new mirrors in our Pilates and Barre studio. From start to finish, the entire team was a pleasure to work with. Danielle was incredibly helpful with the logistics—every time I called, she knew exactly who I was and was completely on top of everything. Our building is full of character, old and quirky with high ceilings. Getting the mirrors perfectly flush and plumb was quite a challenge, but Will worked his magic. He was meticulous with his measurements, coming back several times to ensure the final fit would be flawless. The installation went beautifully. A huge shout-out to Austin, our main installer. They worked during our business hours, and he could not have been more respectful and professional. They all did an outstanding job, and the mirrors look absolutely brilliant!

  My interaction with Beverly Glass was as good as it gets. The staff was very professional, asked all of the right questions to carefully consider all relevant factors in my choices, acted in a friendly and attentive manner, and delivered exactly the piece of custom glass that I needed. This is my second custom order with Beverly Glass in the last 3 months, and the service has been consistently excellent.
