  Window world of Western Ma did a beautiful job adding in 10 windows to our over 100yo home. They were fast, clean, and respectful of our home/children's rooms. Their pricing was very affordable for 10 windows. Office was easy to get ahold of for some timing problems but the team stayed and completed the job. We will definitely be using them again.

  We had new vinyl siding and gutters installed following a design provided by Window World designer. The results were exactly as we expected and the process was smooth. They gave us a date when they were going to start and they were there at 8am that morning. They had a large crew of carpenters under the supervision of Seth. He has a great crew that all work very independently and all provided quality work. Seth listened to and sought out opinions from my wife when there were questions about design elements. The vinyl siding looks fabulous and really gives the house a fresh look! The gutters where installed expertly by Zach. He installed them in one day and did a walk through with us before installing and after to ensure we were happy and therefore we ended up getting exactly what we wanted out of our new gutters. We were very happy with Josh our project supervisor who came by every day and checked in with us on our perspective on the progress. Overall this was one of our best experiences with a large home improvement project in our 30 years in our house.

  Ariel and his crew, and all of Window World installers, did an amazing job of installing 17 windows in our house in one day! It was a big tough job and the weather wasn’t cooperating, but they stuck with it and got it done, and done well. Every crew member was very professional and polite. I would have them back in a heartbeat!!

  We just had a large project completed by Window World! Windows, doors and siding were all replaced. We can't say enough good things about the two teams that worked so hard on our house. Brennan and his team were great to work with! Our windows and doors were installed with great efficiency and were completed within hours. Brennon did a very thorough walk through following the completion of the project and explained and demonstrated the features of our windows and doors. I highly recommend Brennon and his team! Seth and his team were outstanding! I can't say enough about the hard work they put in every day and attention to detail and precision they all took during the replacement of the siding on our house. They all were so personable and took the time to answer questions along the way. Seth took us around at the end of every day to review progress and to let us know what was coming up the next day. Always keeping us in the loop. The end result was even more than we expected. It was clear they took great pride in their work, even leaving our yard spotless at the end of the project. I would most definitely recommend Seth and his team!

  Excellent Window Installation Experience!! We had 9 windows replaced, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. Five windows were very large and 4 regular windows. The pricing was great, the customer service was excellent, and the installation team was respectful, professional, and collaborative from start to finish. A special thank-you to Brian, the lead crew member, who was extremely meticulous and made sure everything was done right. The drop-in windows themselves didn’t take long to install, but the team took their time carefully positioning and aligning each window to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. They paid attention to every detail including making sure every smudge was cleaned off before they left. That level of care and pride in their work really stood out. Thank you Window World!
