They saw an elderly couple's home and deliberately tried to hit us with a predatory, high-pressure markup hoping we wouldn't know the math. Charging $50,000 for a 27-foot ramp run and 89 total square feet of landing space means they are billing over $430 per square foot. For comparison, that is more than the cost of building a brand-new, high-end luxury room addition from scratch. They even tried to hold their design layout hostage so we couldn't compare prices with honest, independent local builders. Be extremely wary.
- SMStinky MuffinsJun 18, 20265.0Had a large job, replacing almost all the windows in the house, in addition two of them were cutting new holes and making large bay window and a large picture window, where there wasn't one before. From the very beginning, every one we dealt with was very professional and knowledgeable: there wasn't any high pressure sales techniques, but a very consultative approach. They promised a one day install, For everything. We were somewhat incredulous, but they sent four separate crews and got it done. The 4 crew leads were excellent, Ariel V., Bryan P., Brennan L., and Jonathan P.. Coordinating the Project was Brian (a different Brian), who was on-site half an hour before work was scheduled to begin to walk us through everything. Our 1950's house presented some challenges, but the team had the expertise, tools, and supplies to pivot mid-stream and end up with a beautiful Project, on time. We have yet to experience it yet, but they offer excellent support and warranty. I would recommend them again.
