  GBR did a great job stripping the roof, containing the debris, and making sure the underlayment, including new plywood was done well. Clinton and Peter kept the job organized, safe and efficient. It was a complicated rehab of the roof done in two days. Great job, great employees.

  We called GBR to remove a downspout that was dangling from our brownstone. The removed it and charged us. The took the copper downspout with them and provided an estimate to have it replaced. We have been trying to book them for about 6 months and they never return our calls or emails. We want our expensive piece of copper back!

  The quality of the roofing work itself was satisfactory. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor project management and communication. The foreman was rarely present on-site, and there seemed to be a significant lack of communication among those involved, which often left everyone uncertain about the status of the project.Additionally, it has now been nearly two months since damage to our window trim was reported, and the issue still has not been resolved. Based on my experience, the company appears to function primarily as a middleman, outsourcing the actual work to subcontractors.While the roofing installation met expectations, I would have difficulty recommending this company due to the ongoing communication issues, lack of accountability, and unresolved property damage. Prospective customers may save money and have a smoother experience by exploring other options.

  I would highly recommend Greater Boston Roofing. The project coordinator, Lisa was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive in communication. She made sure that I had all of the timelines. The on site crew manager, Peter did a great job making sure that the job was completed properly, Making sure to replace any items found that were not up to par. The crew did a good job working through 2 days of on and off rain makeing sure to cover parts that would be exposed and finishing up the job by cleaning up all left over materials. Thank you for a great job.

  Highly recommended! We love our newly certain teed landmark pro shingle from Greater Boston Roofing company. My wife and I shopped around and Greater Boston Roofing gave us the best quoted. We want to thank Brandon Cochran, Lisa Zonfrillo, Peter Vincent and the crew. They were very professional and did a great job installation. The crew did it all in one day. They were mindful of protecting our yard and valuables around the yard.
