  We had an issue with our septic and called Dave! Best decision we ever made! He was so responsive and came over immediately multiple times to solve the problem. I was very pregnant throughout all of this and Dave and his team could not have been better to work with! If you want someone that goes above and beyond and you can feel safe with you need to call Dave! He is so very knowledgeable and we are lucky to know him!

  Had a great experience today working with Dave at Bateson Septic! In the lead up, he was very responsive and candidly answered all my questions. He even moved up my appt as our situation became more dire. He was on time and completed the service himself. He was completely professional and resolved our somewhat unique problem. His excellent work really inspired confidence. There are other providers out there. But, based on our experience, Bateson is definitely our new preferred company for septic services! We had a surprise backup in our 1st floor toilet. At the time, we were running the washer, dishwasher and shower at the same time, exacerbating the current hidden problem. The overflow was a big clue that our septic tank was full and struggling to keep up with the drainage. Dave at Bateson helped us quickly determine the problem and setup an appointment in a couple weeks to complete a routine service to our septic tank. However, the problem became worse as nearly any moderate use of water in the house would cause an unattractive backup. We really could not go for another couple weeks with practically no water use in the house. I asked Dave to schedule us a bit early if possible should he have a cancellation or new opening. As a pleasant surprise, he came to our rescue and was at our house the very next day. I can't say enough about Dave at Bateson! So refreshing to work with a service provider that is so honest and genuinely cares about his customer's satisfaction and well-being.

  Never had an issue, always so helpful answering all my question. They come out within a few days of me calling them for my normal yearly septic pumping needs.

  On a neighbor's recommendation we called these people to flush the tank. It turns out we are on town sewer. Of course we should have known that. It would have been nice if they also checked. We would not have had to pay nearly $500. If you do need their service, they are very good.

  Dave is the best. Been servicing my grease traps under and above ground for some time now. Great job every time by the techs and priced fairly. Keep up the good work Dave. I will definitely continue to use this company for my business.
