Within ten minutes of leaving a voicemail the owner reached out about setting up the appointment. Their tech, Will, was out in a few hours. Will was very knowledgeable and polite- answered all of our questions. He was able to diagnose the problem and had the parts on hand that needed to be replaced to get us up and running again. Highly recommend NextGen!

I was looking for someone to perform this service as our local pool company doesn’t service heaters, though they referred me to a guy who only works on Propane-based heaters. NGA installed a pair of ASHPs at our house two years ago, so I thought they might be willing and able to service this unit, too. They came on schedule and diagnosed and solved the problem within an hour. Very happy not to need to replace the heater!
