  I recently had the pleasure of working with Parisse Odom from Boston Budget Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. After dealing with dangerously hot water coming from my water heater — an issue that multiple other plumbers were unable to diagnose or resolve — Parisse stepped in and completely changed the trajectory. Parisse approached the problem with thorough troubleshooting, patience, and genuine expertise. Not only did he identify the root cause, but he also took the time to clearly explain what was happening and why. His ability to break down a complex issue in a way that made sense showed both professionalism and respect for me as a customer. What truly set Parisse apart was his willingness to go above and beyond. While addressing the main issue, he noticed another problem that hadn’t been caught previously and took care of it as a courtesy. That level of attentiveness and integrity is rare. If you ever contact BBPH&C and are assigned Parisse, prepare for outstanding service, exceptional customer care, and someone who genuinely takes pride in doing the job right. He is a credit to the company and a technician you can trust without hesitation.

  Parisse and apprentice Justin did a fantastic job with our water leak. They arrived on time, were polite and explained everything as they went. The used tarps to keep the house clean and did naan amazing job cleaning up. When they encountered more problems outside the initial estimate they showed us the additional damage and came up with a plan on the spot.

  Mike D was great. Very communicative and explained the whole process. I haven’t finished all the work yet but will definitely ask for him to come back when I’m ready to complete the work.

  I had a great experience with Andrew! My AC had an issue and I was really worried that it was going to be an extensive process, but Andrew came and quickly identified the issue and explained what happened. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process! He also gave me tips on how to prevent this in the future. I would highly recommend :)

  Replacement of outdoor hydrant for $550 in Boston MA was overpriced within 1hr of service. The part was just $31 at Amazon and Home depot. The installation was good but labor was in the high side. I don't think I will recommend my neighbor to pay that huge price in the future. Honestly, I asked another plumber to check my second faucet for $210 which is more reasonable price compare to Boston budget
