- PNPeter NguyenJun 3, 20262.0Called them out for an initial consult for the removal of a bidet from a rental. After an initial inspection, they deemed that it was not possible due to an inability to shut the water off due to a most likely faulty gasket valve. This assessment was fine. They then inform me, after changing their minds, that they can try to remove the bidet, and while this was friendly and well meaning, they ultimately reached the initial conclusion that it was not possible, and then charged a $150 call out fee. I probably would have said no if I realized that it wasn’t possible as they originally assessed. I decided to write this review because shortly after, the bidet is no longer functional and now lacks water pressure, while still leaking. So, I’m out $150 and a bidet for a job that should have probably been avoided to begin with.

They expedited a difficult job with urgency of uncontrolled running water and flooding out into a tub from a sink snd the floor below. Replaced faucets and shut offs restarted water and hot water heater and got rid of a clog that didn’t want to go
