My shower recently broke in my apartment. Boston Budget was quick to come and look but couldn't fix it on the same day. They came back first thing the next day and fixed it with no issues. Parisse was respectful and fast to get the job done. He left everything better and cleaner than it was before. Super nice guy and really amazing company! I highly recommend and will be using them again for any issues in the future!!

Chris Dang put in a water heater and tuned up my parent’s gas heater. He was extremely professional, kept us up to date on the progress of the job, and gave us accurate estimates. He was doing a plumbing job for another condo owner and found a leak in heater and came to speak with us about it. He was A+ and you’re lucky to have him as an associate. We will contact him if we ever need a plumber again. - Mr. O’Brien

Do not trust this company. In my experience, they do not work in the best interest of their customers. Instead, they seem to take advantage of urgent situations and every opportunity to increase prices and add excessive charges. When you urgently need a problem fixed, you should be able to trust the company you hire. Unfortunately, I felt this company used the urgency of the situation to justify unreasonable charges. I will never use this company again, and I strongly do not recommend them to anyone. I also believe the Better Business Bureau should take a closer look at their pricing and charging practices.

I wish I could give Boston Budget Plumbers 500 stars! We’ve worked with them for both our commercial and residential properties, and they have been absolutely outstanding every single time. They are incredibly reliable, knowledgeable, trustworthy, professional, and genuinely wonderful to work with. We’ve had everything from straightforward jobs to more complicated plumbing issues, and we’ve always felt completely confident that we were in excellent hands. A very special shoutout to Chris, Devon, Ed, Kingsley, Justin, Manny, Billy, and Tim! Every one of you has been fantastic, and we are so grateful for the care, expertise, and professionalism you’ve shown us. And Chris’s humor is always a bonus!
