  Chase with Southern Living Exteriors built a beautiful pool deck for my family, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. He put a great deal of thought into the design and placement of every detail, ensuring the structure would not interfere with any future additions or projects. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. Our family is already enjoying the new deck, and it has become a wonderful addition to our home.   I’m so happy with the new patio cover installed by Southern Living Exteriors. The insulated cover panels are clean and effective in reducing the heat from the sun. Owner Chase Walton creatively designed the posts and beams out of locally sourced Bald Cypress to allow display of hanging planters. Just what I wanted! More importantly, Chase delivered as promised and followed up. This crew is professional. Like Chase says, “It’s all we do.” I highly recommend Southern Living Exteriors to enrich your outdoor experience

  Chase with Southern Living Exteriors did a great job replacing our back door. He was easy to communicate with, showed up when he said he would, and the work turned out really good. He also followed up afterward and let me know to call him if the door needed any adjustment after it settled with the weather, which I appreciated. Overall, solid work and a great experience. I’d definitely recommend Chase and Southern Living Exteriors.

  Chase did an outstanding job on our patio screen installation. From start to finish, he kept us informed every step of the way—letting us know when the supplies were ordered, when they arrived, and when he would be out to complete the installation. His communication, professionalism, and attention to detail were excellent. The finished product looks great, and we couldn’t be happier.
