  Called these guys out simply because my store manager knew the previous owner. Apparently he has since retired and the son runs it now. Naturally I figured since she knew them, they’d do us right. Tech came out and gave us a list of problems a mile long. But here’s the thing, the unit blows ice cold air and i knew something was off. I guess when he pulled onto the property of the Car Wash he thought $$. He contacted me with thousands of dollars worth of suggestions. I have 9 carwashes in the state. One just over the river in West Monroe as well. After the tech left i had my manager call one of his competitors, their name starts with a B and ends with an ELL. They came out and found a clogged drain line and the unit was unlevel and water couldn't drain, charged us $150.00. We have replaced units in the past at my other washes but only when the unit wasn't operating and had obvious failures. This company’s tech was pushing a new unit on us and was very dramatic with his description of the “issues.” I wasn't born yesterday, i literally had to tell him several times to spit it out and give me the price, he just kept pouring it on thick about how “bad” it was. It was obvious to me. The worst part for me is the little old lady that calls them out and they do this to them, or someone that cant afford it or doesn't know better or call for a second opinion. They got me for $89 diagnostic fee but that is all. To be honest, I think they should refund it, but even with the $89 plus what i paid the other company to fix it doesn't even come close to what they wanted to charge. Save yourself the $89. As for Amerishine Car Wash, we wont be using Mike Smith Heating & Air again, thats forsure.

  Christian was the technician who serviced my AC. He went above and beyond his normal work. He really knew his job and I felt extremely comfortable using this company.

  I’ve been using Mike Smith Heating and Cooling for about three years now. Expect wonderful customer service and professional work. The call agents are quick to answer and are very kind. Technicians always are clean, on time and of course knowledgable.

  Polite annd explained very well what modifications needed to be made to my system in a way that I understood. Was not pushy about making the modifications immediately and I’m starting with one part this year and will do some more next year. These multiplications will increase the efficiency and lasting capability of my system and make it more comfortable
