  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ At about 10:00 PM last night, my garage door decided it no longer believed in springs. I figured I’d be parking in the driveway for the next several days while I waited for someone to fit me into their schedule. Instead, Geaux Overhead Door looked at my situation and basically said, “We’ve got you.” Less than 12 hours after the spring snapped, both springs had been replaced, the entire system was lubricated, adjusted, and running smoother than it has in years. Even better, they worked me into their schedule without charging me an emergency fee. That’s the kind of customer service that earns lifelong customers. Hunter and his teammate were awesome. They showed up, got to work immediately, and in about 20 minutes had everything fixed. You could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Watching them handle those springs also confirmed that my original thought of “Maybe I’ll just replace them myself…” would’ve been a terrible life decision. The office staff deserves just as much praise. From the very first phone call, they were friendly, professional, easy to understand, and treated our situation like it actually mattered. There was no runaround, no upselling, no nonsense—just great communication and a genuine desire to help. A lot of companies can replace garage door springs. What separates Geaux Overhead Door is the people. The owners have clearly built a team that takes pride in doing the job right and treating customers the way they’d want to be treated. If you’re looking for a garage door company, stop scrolling through reviews. You already found them.

  Beyond excellent service let them put my door up over a year ago and every time I called him with a question they always answer if you want somebody professional I think you should go to them. You won’t have the runaround you’re gonna get precise service with the precise company.Dillon and Matthew are the best techs ever.

  Geaux Overhead Door in West Monroe, La is a wonderful company to work with and I highly recommend them. All the staff that I encountered were professional, knowledgeable, and prompt. The installers did a great job putting in the trim around my garage door. I was having issues with another garage door company in Monroe, La that actually installed my garage door several years ago; however, they were not responsive to my needs (not returning phone calls, couldn’t give update on why my trim wasn’t in but that it had been ordered, etc). I decided to give this company a try and I am so glad I did. This company installed my trim in 1-2 business days. They will be who I call in the future if any issues arise and when I need a new garage door in the future! Beth Ann Dollar

  First time customer. Quick response to our initial call. Services on Monday 6/15/2026 and Thursday 6/18/2026 for repair. Called and technicians came the next day.they repaired the belt on door. Very friendly and efficient. We asked to replace rubber at bottom of door. The technician said the metal frame would need to be ordered and went back to shop and wrote work order. The technicians returned Thursday and replaced rubber at the bottom of the door. Again, friendly and efficient. Cleaned up after their work. Both trips each included a $120 Service Call.which added an additional $240 to the total cost. Wish a follow up visit had a break on the service call.
