- PSPolly ScottApr 13, 20261.0Mr. Kelly, I realize this is a page for reviews, but I’m not quite there yet. I purchased a unit from Trouth six years ago and the compressor is now out. After contacting the Manufacturer, I was told Trouth never registered the unit. I had the same problem at my home only a few years ago, and it was registered. I was appalled to be told that Trouth did not register the unit in reference. The manufacturer suggested I contact someone representing the installer. So I am. I was also told that it’s not the customer’s responsibility and I believe that because I did not register my own unit. Trouth did. Why would they register one and not the other. Feeling like this is an Errors & Omissions claim. Can you please advise and thank you. Polly Scott
