We brought this place a crane for them to fix received an unreasonable repair bill They couldn’t really back it up with the proper receipts on how they arrived at arrived at logical hourly rate of time spent (like normal shops itemize an hourly rate ) all they did was check few things they wiggled and put do electric. grease in conection point short time later the same problem persisted. We reached out to them about bringing it back in right away upfront the service manager said they would have to charge us again After a short argument we didn’t feel comfortable with that I asked him could they show us the wire plug that they looked at supposedly fixed and we would fix it ourselves . we brought it to a reputable shop and within 10 minutes they pulled the same plug out noticed that the wire was actually broken corroded on the inside and laughed when we told him that the former establishment didn’t realize the problem and put grease in there they ordered a $50 plug and problem solved and the bill was five times cheaper. One of the worst experiences We have had with a mechanic shop in a long time And our company has a fleet of trucks Beware of this location!!
