  Wasted a decent amount of time with someone to get an estimate on a fair amount of work needed at a rental property. He wrote down a bunch of stuff and said he would send an estimate "in a couple of days". He never contacted with an estimate. If you're not interested or unable to do the work, please don't waste people's time. Additionally, just be honest. After all, you advertise "integrity". Live up to it.

  Had some damages from the recent storm. Integrity contractors came out right away. Accessed what need to be done. Gave me. A very reasonable price. Crew came out on scheduled days. Showed up on time, clean up after work was done. Bobby and his crew are crew friendly and professional. Highly recommend. I need more work done and will have them back out.
