  We called to have our tank serviced because we were selling the property and it didn't pass I section due to improper aeration. The technician determined the tank just needed to be pumped and was able to take care of it the same day. Communication with the office staff was quick, friendly and professional. They addressed the problem, fixed it and we passed inspection the next day. Cooper is who we've always used and I would recommend them. The price for the work was the going rate, I think it's expensive but it is what it is.

  They got my pump changed out as requested. They fail to communicate with me during the repairs that the old pump would be left in the tank. This cause me to contract another company to come remove the old pump. Need to communicate better when an issue arises during repairs so the client can be aware.

  Received Septic system service, including pumping of septic tank and replacement of aerator motor. Cooper Septic kept me well informed of all steps performed, gave me an upfront quote before proceeding with any work and completely the job efficiently and professionally. I would highly recommend their service.
