  We have been customers of Benfatti 4/10 years. We have always been pleased with Service, but today, Andrew provided exceptional service. He went as far as to Disassemble plumbing on the air-conditioning unit and clean out algae that had built up. This is the first time that we have had that done by your company. Andrew is a great worker and I would ask for him to be my service technician in the future.

  Benfatti air-conditioning is the best for prompt and expert service. Kevin assessed the situation completely and diagnosed the problem and recommended a solution. Since it involved adding another attic exhaust fan, it will entail a roofer. Kevin explained the problem patiently and expertly and even took pictures to help us see what was going on. We appreciate that Kevin said we could address that problem in the spring since the hot humid days are pretty much behind us. We have never had such great experiences with any other a/c company. Benfatti’s technicians are perfectionists in every way. What a blessing!!!!

  We got home from a day at the beach to a very warm house. We called a few places and Benfatti was able to get a technician dispatched to us right away. Our tech, Quinn, was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job diagnosing the issue. Luckily it was something he can resolve and we now have a cooling house. I’m incredibly grateful that they were able to send a tech to us, and that he was able to resolve our issue.

  Benfatti came in clutch! We been happy with their service since purchasing a hvac unit through them few years ago. Having this new system makes our electric bill affordable, it hasn’t been over or even close to $300 since. We average under $200 to $225 the highest during the hot hot months. Anyways our system got error code. We called them before noon and they came within the next hour to get us cooled off again. Matthew came and got the job done. Our system had an error code and Matthew was able to trouble shoot and fix the problem.

  I called Benfatti around 830am for a service call. They said someone could come out between 3 and 5. They called back and said they can come earlier between 12 and 2, I said great. The tech that came out was knowledgeable, nice and polite but was not good at attention to detail. First one of my panels has wires coming out the top that attaches to the float switch. He routed them at the bottom which created a gap between the panels, so air was escaping cooling my attic. Second, three of the screws to the panel were left off. I found one in the drain pan and two on the insulation. Third he left 2 empty water bottles on top of the air handler. I rerouted the wires, secured the three screws and put the bottles in the trash. I don't know if the issue is fixed yet, he said it will take a couple of days to resolve, we will see. Update...After 1 week, still having the same issue, so I wasted $347. Would not recommend this company based on my experience.
