- AFAna Fiorito3 days ago5.0They were so fast! The first company we called and answered. Got to our house within the hour and had it figured out not much longer after getting here. Dylan had shoe covers ready to enter the house! Very impressed with their attention to detail ! I really appreciate having a full report at the end with pictures included. Looking forward to getting some of these maintenance to dos knocked out this year. Thank you again!
- AMAnna MayAug 6, 20265.0We have our system inspected twice a year by Benfatti and when they said it was time to replace all of the aged ductwork and the plenum, the price they offered was fair and the work was done quickly and efficiently by Nick. He is the absolute best! We couldn’t be happier with their service.

Will get you to spend money on your ac when they do not know where the problem is. Inside unit and outside unit. They will get you to purchase work on the unit that does not actually need work or repair your unit. Avoid this company by any means necessary.
- MDMatt DevittJul 30, 20265.0Tech, Cory, was just as knowledgeable and efficient as the Benfatti installers of the TRANE heat pump. The air filter was way cleaner than my old, 16 y.o. TRANE A/C Unit ever was after 90 days. He suggested I could go a bit longer before changing filters, next time. He treated the water drain without my having to request it. Cleaned the outside unit and gave the system an overall 'good to go' rating. I was very pleased with what was done and the thoroughness of the first maintenance of the system.
- NHNicole HobanJul 23, 20261.0Do not use Benfatti!!! There are so many other better, cheaper, and nice AC companies in town. Benfatti is extremely overpriced and their work does not hold up! We have multiple rental houses and used them to installed new AC units at 4 of our rentals. 5 years later and two of them are leaking and Benfatti refuses to honor a warranty even though the leaks are due to their shotty work. One of the ones they installed the AC lines against the roof and it’s common sense in this business that you do not do that! You will regret working with Benfatti.
