My nephew, Chandler, was like, hey Aunt Dee, you know who you need to call to get your AC back on? I wasn't quick with my answer. I wasn't sure if my wise, but young nephew was going to offer up one of his friends that had a recent semester in electromagnetics. The pause .. .... . .. lasted longer than I anticipated. Chan-Man said, Well, do ya? I was like what? He said, PIONEER, Aunt Dee! I was now half way in. I asked, where did you hear about this company and what makes them stand out for you Chandler? He began, I called my buddy about the AC situation, and he recommended who their family uses. Pioneer doesn't tag on a bunch of unnecessary things like some businesses do. It gets confusing for the consumer, Aunt Dee. I loved it, this baby Adult selling PIONEER to me! We called PIONEER straightaway. The appointment was set for some time today. I was totally good with that. Pioneer is busy, so I have to be patient. However, I really didn't have any idea how long all this would take. I made a decision based on a buddy's family of my nephew who turned 18 in May (baby Adult). I received a call this morning at 8:47 AM notifying me the technician was on the way. By this time, Chandler had one foot out the when he heard the good news, and said, see PIONEER! The Technician was at the house shortly thereafter. The Tech was professional, and there weren't any problems. Everyone I came in contact with PIONEER were professional and nice! What PIONEER said they would do they did! This was business, but felt more like home.
PIONEER is who I will be using from here on out!
