We had been struggling to cool our house for years and finally decided it was time to fix the problem the right way. A close friend referred us to Moore’s AC, and I couldn’t be happier that we made the call. Hollis came out first—he was professional, honest, and took the time to really understand the issues we were having. After a thorough inspection, he explained that our ductwork had been installed improperly from the start. That gave us a clear path forward. The install team—Tony, Cole, and Gab—was fantastic. They worked nonstop from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., carefully redoing every supply and return line back to the unit. They even had me check their progress throughout the day, and I was genuinely amazed at the quality of their work. By the time they finished, we had airflow in parts of the house that never cooled properly before! What really stood out was the level of care and follow-through. The owner, Jaden, personally came by to check on the project and returned the next day to measure airflow at each vent to make sure everything was working as it should. That kind of attention to detail is rare. They’ve even committed to coming back in July, when the system is under peak demand, to make sure everything continues performing well.
