They require the job paid in full prior to starting. Then, your stuck! Over 2 weeks into the job, still not finished. The outside contractors don't show up and the company does nothing to assist. I've never experienced such horrible service. Multiple calls to the main office in Virginia, regional installation manager, store manager and nothing. Never again! BEWARE. Don't walk away from this company. RUN!
