  What a phenomenal experience we had shopping at this store. The customer service is A++++, all the staff were courteous and helpful, but the manager Chris is the best. We had to make a couple of changes to our special order and he communicated with us the updates of the order and delivered on his promise. We got our flooring on time, even with the changes we made. The flooring selection is great, and we have no problem recommending this store. If we do any future flooring projects this will definitely be our go-to store. Thank you so much for everything!

  Went in for a tarp n price checking on tumblers associated were very helpful and polite went out of their way to help me many times.

  Usually feel pretty good about shopping here but it was not the case on this visit. We asked questions and got conflicting answers from the two guys working there. The large creepy guy was not dressed to be meeting customers and hovered so closely behind us we could hear him breathing, making for a very uncomfortable experience. We changed our positions several times in an effort to get him away from us, but he just wouldn't move away. Can't say we will be back anytime soon.

  Great place to buy flooring, unfortunately the people that they contract out to for installation do not take pride in the job they do and leave your floors looking terrible and unfinished. They are also more expensive than if you found an independent contractor to do the job. My floors remain unfinished and despite my numerous calls and complaints I'm told they will come fix it, they set up and appointment to do so then they do not show up numerous times or cancel, reschedule and again not show or call to let you know they will not be here. My floors have been waiting to be finished still nearly 3 months later. Very poor customer service on the installation end of it :( I have called again today and again waiting for someone to contact me again on the issue then will again have to wait for the contractor to contact me to set up yet another appointment with hopes they will actually show up this time and finish the job we paid to have done! The flooring is great and reasonable prices it's unfortunate that they subcontract to such awful contractors!
