  Dig up a big hole in my yard never finished the work and didn’t come back terrible work ethics and left a hole in the neighbors yard

  Horrible experience with this company. I called them to come out and check a leak, and two employees were sent out on a Friday (late afternoon). They checked and gave me a summation of the issue. Due to the time of afternoon, when they arrived at the job, it would have carried over beyond 5:00 p.m. Therefore, I was told they would return the first thing on Monday morning. I called the company to confirm the appointment on Monday morning, only to be told that they could not come. There was some miscommunication regarding the appointment. I told the secretary that this is not what was communicated to me, but they would return first thing Monday morning. I then told her not to send them at all. I then received a phone call back from the company, and the secretary apologized for the miscommunication and misunderstanding and said they would send a plumber during the morning. I waited until almost noon, and no one called or showed up. I called back to Giglio and was told that the plumber(s) had been sent on another assignment and would not be coming. This is a very unprofessional company, and I would not recommend anyone use their services.
