If I could give zero stars I would. Air went out in the middle of a heat wave. Our normal A/C company was booked so we took a chance with Bobby Greene. The technician arrived fairly quickly and then diagnosed the unit. He didn’t have the part but he ran and got one. We were so hopeful. He couldn’t get the fan blade off the motor. After several hours of trying he left and said he would be back the next day at 9am with the proper tools. Still remained hopeful. 9 rolled around 10,11,12,1,2,3….we called the office 4 times and were told we will have the tech call you and he never did…Miraculously at 3pm I called the office to cancel the tech and he turned right around and called and said he was on his way. At this point we had so much time to think on how things had gone that it was obvious this person had no clue what he was doing. He did show up about 330. Still didn’t have the correct tools. Couldn’t get the fan off the motor. Asked my husband for a saw so he could cut the fan off the motor. Still couldn’t get it fixed. Another 2 hours spent. At this point he has manipulated the fan so much that he’s ruined it. He comes to report off. He can’t fix it but he can come back Monday with a fan….its Friday at 530 pm and is now almost 90 degrees in the house. I told him no, I’ll call someone else. A friend referred her wonderful company and praise the Lord he got there in 30 minutes and had it all fixed and cleaned up in 30 minutes. Bobby Green, shame on you for not sending people properly trained or with the right tools. Your new techs should have a mentor they can call if they are struggling this bad.

The man came out on Tuesday, was very polite. He said, he would send estimate. I thought that by Friday i would have had the response. However, in Monday I called and the lady said, he was on vacation. But she would look to see if she could find information on what I was asking to be done. Which was to install my bathtub. The water and drain pipes are there already. (Capped off) . The price i was given ,was $3000 . Im like, what. I live in a mobile home. They would need to cut floor where drain come in so the connect and install p trap.
Really $3000?

Very prompt, call and they came out in a very reasonable time. Took care of the leak until they could come back and replace all shut offs, after the city undug the meager with the shut off.

Call the green company earlie sat mor n and they said 129 hr for o/t, called me back said they made a mistake and it would be 189 no problem and I would have to wait til 8 to 12 no problem at 1:45 tech called me said it was 289 hr /can’t say what I said but there not gouging me. It is what it is wouldn’t recommend them

Originally when we began using Bobby L. Greene service was spectacular. But after the most recent event they will never recieve another dime from me. My wife called to have one of our AC units looked at after it stop cooling. They came out and troubleshot the unit for hours. After looking and looking they said they found the leak in the evap coil and that this part is no longer available and the entire unit needed swapped. Thankfully I have a wonderful wife and she knows to get another opinion. She called another company for a second opinion and come to find out not only was the evap coil fine and still in new condition, the leak was on the outside next to the unit where someone stepped on the line at the filter dryer (big boot print still present)not saying the tech did it but my assumption it was our bug man but who knows the truth. The new tech suggested replacing filter dryer due to it being next to the ground and having corrosion/wear (He said he could patch it but better off replacing it) So its been two months now and still cooling correctly. Sorry bobby you lost our buisness. By the way parts are still available, just not locally easily accessible.
