- CLCraig and Suzanne Lewis1 day ago3.03 stars instead of 1, only because the plumber was good and so nice!! Had a faucet replaced. I purchased it myself so Bobby L Green just installed it. I was told it would be $193/hr. A lot but at least I knew ahead of time. By the time the plumber left 1 hour and 5 minutes after arriving, I was asked to pay $432 dollars!!! When I questioned it I was told I had to pay for their drive time to and from. They do not tell you this!! And how about the customer that had to pay the drive time after their job to my house, which I had to pay also to come to my house! Talk about double dipping!!! I have used Bobby L Green for the last time!

They have a great system for calling, texting and invoicing. Theyre kind and helpful like a small family business. You pay after services at the house so make sure to ask about your charges. If something isnt right, they'll be honest and make sure they get everything right for you. I feel like I can trust them not to rip me off. Thank you so much again!

I literally called the office in tears, crying my eyes out, and she comforted me and told me she would get somebody out there as soon as possible. They came out and within 20 minutes had it fixed. Would recommend this company 1 million times over thank you thank you thank you thank you 1 million times over.
