  AC unit quit cooling around 1:00pm, called Albritton Service and spoke with Chelsea who was very understanding and had two service techs at my house in about an hour. The service techs were friendly, happy and knowledgeable. Their attitudes were outstanding even while evaluating and replacing the needed part, and did I mention, while it was 95 degrees. They stayed long enough to make sure it worked properly. It pays to do business with good people. I’m sure Dick is proud of how Jason has carried on the legacy of superior customer service.

  Randy came out to my house twice last week to answer my call for my master bedroom unit not cooling properly and cutting off unexpectedly. He worked with it two different days at quitting time or just after kept us cool through the night both times. Albritton’s has done it’s best to efficiently and in a timely, cost-effective manner repair my units. Randy also came back with Jaren two other times last week. It was decided that the motherboard was my problem on this unit. Albritton’s sourced The needed parts yesterday and the unit has been running beautifully and cooling wonderfully since then. Hats off to Albritton’s for top notch service in a timely manner. I Recommend Randy and Jaren and The other two technicians that came to help me. Thank you, Albritton’s!! You have some wonderful professionals on your team!

  Worst service I ever got overcharged their employees lie they leave all the wiring all over my yard they couldn't even hook the box back up and hooked my AC they didn't hook it back up and then they took off they had to come back just to pick up their mess they charge way too much and do too little

  My air conditioner went out over the weekend. I knew I'd have to pay extra for week-end service, so I waited for Monday. Air conditioner service techs are quite busy this time of the year. I was very pleased the techs got here as soon as they did, and they were able to detect the issue and have my air conditioner running within a hour. Thank you Randy, and Jaren for your help. Also thank you to the girl in the office who put forth the extra effort to line up technicians to get me air today. Thank you Albritton.
