Bought a generac whole home generator about 4 years ago from Lowe's. Rescom electric was the company that Lowe's used for the install. 4 years ago the install was flawless the crews from rescom were professional and got the whole system set up and ready to go quickly. They did such a good job with coaching me when they installed the unit that I have done my own maintenance over the years. I decided this year to have a professional come out and perform the service to ensure there was nothing I was missing. Mr. Ryan Petho arrived today and in true Rescom fashion, he did not disappoint. Mr. Petho answered all my questions performed the maintenance and cleaned up after himself. If I hadn't been here I would have never known he had been at my house. Thank you to Mr. Petho and Rescom electric, for the five star service!!!

Ordered and installed Generac 8/2020 - 12/2020 for brother and sister-in-law in there 80's. Purchased 5yrs extended warranty but they were not told or did not remember about needing yearly maintenance. I got intouch last year and they took over a month to come out. They sent from for yearly maintenance again in Sept. Said it would be Oct to set date. We lost power at 2:45 am Generac did not come on found out it was battery I went to Advance Auto to replace it. I called asked if they could get out to service and replace new battery they said it would be $139 trip charge and they would not maintenance at same time I told Haley to forget the service I would replace it myself. They came out anyway without notifying me or my family first charged $169. No work and left a note on door everything was fine. They have keys and you do not need too know they are there they come on your property without permission and I told them before I always wanted to be there when they did work or inspection.

I purchased a house generator from Rescom 5 yrs. ago on the advice of my dentist. I can say, these are the most honest, professional people I have dealt with in the business world in a long time. It's like dealing with an old time Mom & Pops operation- you are treated like an individual and they cater to your needs- not theirs. Technicians are prompt, respectful, and knowledgable. A- plus company!
