- CRColin RobertAug 9, 20265.0We recently had an 8x20 Tuff shed installed. Huge thanks to Dee for all of her hard work, communication, awesome attitude, and customer service. She went way past above and beyond and helped us in every way. I will admit we did have some issues with the installation day off and some things that needed to be corrected after. Spoke with Paul and David, two of the managers and they were very helpful and of course spoke with Dee a bunch and she was very helpful with this as well. Adam, Tuff Shed technician, was sent out to correct the issues and do an overall inspection of the shed and he was great. Very nice, did fast great work, and great communication on what was needed to be done and expectations. We really liked Adam and all of his help. Overall took a little longer than originally expected to get everything finalized but in the end it all worked out.
- JSJoseph SAug 8, 20265.0These guys are great! I actually got my Tuff Shed way back in January 2018, I wish I'd have posted a review sooner but it's sure better late than never! They did great in prompt communication and made really quick work of the building amidst the cold mornings in that time. I worked with the sales rep Doug who did a wonderful job in answering my questions too. I'm very glad to say that even after 8½ years, it's been standing strong, not giving a care to Hurricane Ida or anything that's happened since. Thank you Tuff Shed for making my workshop dreams come true!!
