  William and Jack replaced my kitchen faucet and the outdoor shutoff valve. I also needed a garbage disposal removed which required new pipes. When they came a week before to check what needed to be done I was really impressed and was hoping they would be the ones to come back and complete the work. They were and I love William and Jack as much as my new kitchen faucet and shutoff valve.

  My experience with Stuart has been great. I had a great purchase experience with Mathew B. when we bought the first new unit and only had one issue when they installed that unit. No issue with the unit and how it worked, but a minor issue in the attic when they installed the unit. That issue caused my wife and I to pause now that we need our other unit replaced. BUT Matthew was quick to address the issue and correct it. He eliminated any doubts that I have about the company and made me feel confident about using Stuart again. I am now proceeding with the purchase and installation of the second unit, all due to Matthew. If you need help, ask for Matthew.

  Nick with Stuart Services Plumbing was absolutely wonderful. Although we ultimately weren’t able to locate my lost ring, he went above and beyond to help. He was incredibly courteous, professional, and generous with his time. What stood out most was how understanding and empathetic he was about the sentimental value of the ring. He never made me feel rushed and took the time to thoroughly investigate every reasonable possibility. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical expertise with genuine compassion for what a customer is going through. While the outcome wasn’t what I had hoped for, I left feeling grateful for Nick’s honesty, effort, and kindness. I highly recommend him and Stuart Services Plumbing.

  Malik handled my HVAC (Air Conditioning) Inspection with knowledge and expertise. He advised me of potential issues that could arise due to the age of my system, and provided me with an estimate for replacement with no pressure to make a sale right away. He was professional and courteous with the exception of one tiny little thing (a personal phone call), and I would welcome him back for future inspections. As always, Stuart Services and Malik rate five stars. PRIOR REVIEW for another appointment: Stuart Services almost always gets five stars from me (only one exception long ago). Today, Bob and Jack took care of my problem with speed, expertise and professionalism. 👍👍👍
