  Thorough HVAC system maintenance with Dominic H, a friendly and knowledgeable tech. He cleared a clog out of my drain pipe, cleaned up the unit, and gave me options for future maintenance/repairs. Pleasure to work with.

  Malik Came out and look at my unit and have explained everything right through and let me know what was going on with my unit. The only thing is I think the company need to tell us about the pricing to come out to look at the Unit other than that, everything went well thanks for coming out

  This company is dubious. They charge you $79 to come out as a diagnostic fee, which seems fine. But once the truck shows up, the guy won't look at anything until you go with the minimum service package of $359. At that point i was already in and had too much sunk costs so say fine and agree. Guy replaces the cap and I'm happy. couple days later the same issues pops up, I call them back and they give me the run around. I keep calling, they keep saying the scheduling people will contact me back. Finally I call and am able to talk to the scheduling folks, only for them to pitch the same thing again, you have to pay $79 for the guy to come out at all. Fool me once fine, but not going to let you fool me again. If the company does quality work, they'd stand by and warranty their work.

  Alexis is always on top of things. She's very pleasant on the phone when setting up maintenance appointments. Malik explains everything he checks and does for the AC maintenance. He explains it so anyone can comprehend the services he rendered. If any problems surface he shows us the pictures taken and points out what he's explaining. He's always polite and friendly. It's a pleasure to have him as a technician.

  If there was more than a 5, I'd give it to STUART and to Jordan. Stuart came to assist it me with an ac leak thru my ceiling. 1 hour or less from my initial call! Jordan was the tech. Not only did I move all my ac biz to Stuart today because of Jordan, but I signed up for ac and generator maintenance plans today too. Jordan spent time here, answered all my questions, diagnosed and fixed the problem causing the leak, spoke English on a human basis to me, and looked at my generator and surge protectors to verify all in good shape. I will be glad to give testimonials to anyone about Stuart from this day on. You should promote Jordan and give him a raise!!
