  Great experience. They had to come out a few times to reinspect things and follow up on the paint job after mold removal, but it was never an issue. They kept coming until we were completely satisfied with the paint. They were also easy to get in touch with via text.

  Leo came out to inspect our rental unit for a suspected mold/moisture issue and did a genuinely thorough job. He used a moisture meter to test multiple areas, ceilings, light fixtures, above cabinets, and even went into the attic to check behind the walls near a pipe that runs to the exterior. He walked us through his findings step by step (with photos!), explained that most of the suspicious stains were actually dry with no signs of active moisture, and was honest that one mark even looked like it might just be paint rather than water damage. What we appreciated most was that he didn’t just tell us what we wanted to hear or push unnecessary work, he found one area with slightly elevated (but not alarming) humidity near the kitchen cabinets and gave us a smart, low-cost recommendation: monitor it and recheck in 2-3 months before deciding whether to open the wall. That kind of honest, methodical approach is hard to find. Highly recommend if you want someone thorough, communicative, and trustworthy for a moisture/mold inspection.
