  Travis Smith is an outstanding technician, skilled, personable and professional. In the course of a routine visit concerning unrelated issues, he discovered more serious problems and even code violations in work done previously by others, that were actually fire hazards. He took all the time he needed to explain the issues to us clearly and provided an estimate for repairs. Great job!

  TJ was a terrific technician; he listened to me patiently, treated our property with respect, and gave a full diagnosis of our HAVC system by giving us options and tradeoffs rather than pushing for a sale. I would be happy to work with Natal's and TJ again.

  Aaron was a great technician. Very friendly, courteous and professional in performing QC on our recently installed HVAC system. He was very timely in arranging a follow-up from a technician to come the next day. All-in-all, a wonderful experieince.

  This is never the review I wanted to write, but others should be aware of how Golden Members are treated during emergencies. A little backstory - I’ve recently been dealing with ongoing issues with my whole-home dehumidifier. Ironically, the reason I signed up for Natal’s Golden Membership was because I experience this same problem in April 2025. Here we are a year and three months dealing with the exact same issue again. On April 9, 2026, I had Natal’s perform the Spring HVAC inspection. Everything checked out at that time or what was told to me. Fast forward just three months later to July 16, 2026, I went into my attic because something felt off especially with the ongoing humidity issues. To my frustration, I found standing water in the drain pan beneath the dehumidifier yet again. I considered this an emergency and immediately contacted Natal’s for service. The office rep contacted the HVAC dispatcher and the dispatcher told the rep that there were no after-hours technicians available that day or the following day, and the earliest appointment available was Saturday. When I asked what I should do about the standing water in the meantime because I don’t have the proper equipment to drain the water, I was advised to shut the unit off. During that week, the temperatures were about 92-95 degrees and felt closer to 100 degrees in addition to the humidity living in Louisiana. Rather than argue, I said okay and called another HVAC company. To my surprise, the other HVAC company had a technician at my door with an hour who was ready and willing to address the problem. What is most disappointing is that I did everything a homeowner is supposed to do. I signed up for the membership last year and kept up the maintenance for what I could do. I had a Spring HVAC inspection just three months prior. Yet, I still ended up with standing water in my drain pan and no emergency supported when needed the most. I have since canceled my membership. I hope Natal’s takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how emergency situations are handled for “Golden Members”.

  We had T.J. from Call Natal's inspect our aging HVAC system, and the inspection was absolutely worth the cost. He arrived right on time, was friendly, courteous, and clearly knew his craft. What I appreciated most was his ability to explain things at exactly the right level. I have a decent understanding of some aspects of HVAC systems but very little knowledge about others, and he adjusted his explanations without ever talking down to me or overwhelming me with jargon. Most importantly, I left feeling like I had an honest assessment of our system and fair estimates for the different options moving forward. There was no pressure to replace equipment or purchase services we didn't need—just straightforward, knowledgeable advice that helped us make informed decisions. If you're trying to decide whether to have your HVAC system inspected, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T.J. and Call Natal's.
