  The technician Dylan did a great job coming out on short notice and not only preforming the repair but helping with getting the generator connected to WiFi. He was professional and went beyond the basic task he was asked to do.

  We had a wonderful experience with Boudreaux's Electrical Services! They came to look at our Generac issues. They let us know when a technician would be here and who it would be. Our technician was Dylan a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional young man. After assessing problems he took the time to explain & show us pictures of what's causing the issues. He was able to fix issues in a timely manner. The pricing is very reasonable with Boudreaux's Electrical Services. We would definitely recommend Boudreaux's Electrical Services to anyone that needs help with a Generac generator. Thank you Michelle, on Eagle 98.1 I decided to make that call and I'm glad I did!   I have had nothing but complete satisfaction from every person that I have been in contact with since I purchased my Generac from Boudreauxs. Neal, the office staff and the guys who installed the generator are so friendly, competent and straight forward. I know without a doubt they will back up their words with action if I have any problems with my generator. One trait high on my list is "trust" and they have already proven themselves to me they are 100% trustworthy! I have already and will continue to recommend Boudreauxs to anyone that is looking for a Generac.   Very pleased with Boudreaux Electrical Services. The Tech who serviced my unit was thorough he even cleaned the casing of the unit it sits under trees and had alot of sapp on it.
