  Had waited on another company for couple weeks after bid to call to schedule service , so I called one hour . They sent Trey out next morning and had service completed the next day . Very happy with Trey and Terrence , both are nice young men .

  I had been having issues with my HVAC system and was uncertain which company to call to check it out. I had seen advertisements for One Hour and contacted the Monroe,LA location. I scheduled an appointment and the company representative arrived on time to perform a comprehensive inspection of my system. The inspection identified several areas of concern that needed to be addressed. My system was older and had been showing it's age for a couple of years now. My electric bills had been going up due to having to run the system harder. It was recommended that the system be replaced with a more efficient and modernized model rather than patching up the old one. The One Hour representative explained the pros and cons to me in a way that I could understand and took the time to address all questions that I had. HVAC work, in my experience, is never "cheap" but I have learned that you usually get what you pay for. I am retired and my income isn't as flexible as I would like but One Hour was able to arrange financing that fit within my budget comfortably. Trey Barber is the technician who installed my new system. He was very skilled, knowledgeable and professional in appearance. Once installation was complete he thoroughly tested and adjusted the system to ensure it was operating properly. Before leaving he cleaned the work area up nicely and instructed me on the operation of all controls. He politely answered any questions I had. I am completely satisfied with the service that I received from the team at One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning - Northeast Louisiana and I recommend them to my family and friends.
