  When I called for a quote, I was able to get someone to come out fast. I got the quote, signed the papers and crickets. After a couple of weeks, I called the salesman, Philip, he said he needed to come back out and make sure his measurements were good. He came with someone and the measurements were good. I was getting white windows and the lead time was 4 weeks. When the 4 weeks came, I called and was told I was looking at another 2 weeks before they would ship. I texted my salesman, Philip, and crickets. No response what so ever. He read the messages on the phone but no response. I called the office and after leaving messages, I finally got someone on the phone and they said the sales manager would call me. Again, I am still waiting on that phone call. I got an email stating the windows were in and someone would call me. Two days later, I called to schedule because I never got that phone call. I left a message and the next day called again. I scheduled my install and was told someone would call me that morning around 10 to let me know when the installers would arrive. Someone walked in my house around 9 and said he was from Window World. Just one person for the install. After he finished installing 2 windows, 2 more people showed up. I have a large window in the front of my house with individual panels of glass. One of the installers took the glass down and put them on the floor inside the house. Once he got all the glass panels out, he proceeded to bring a garbage can in the house and take each glass panel and break them over the garbage can. I had glass shards all over the place. I watched the guy cut the frame from around the window and was told the new window was not going to fit. I explained that I watched his guy use a sawzall and cut the frame out. He pointed out some rotten wood and I explained that the salesman knew about this and put a charge in my contract to repair sill or jamb for 10'. He told me no and I had to call someone to frame it out. I got someone over there and paid a crazy amount because it was considered an emergency job. They told him what needed to be done and after he left, they said I needed to call him back because he did not put a 2x4 on each side. I said no, I was not calling him back and paying even more because the windows were measured twice and I watched his guy cut the window frame out. I gave him 2x4's that I had because they had no wood to frame the sides. The lead guy left for more than a hour and came back with more windows in his trailer for another job the next day. They finally finished up about 7:30 PM. They did not show me how to work the new windows or go over anything with me except gave me a paper to sign. Only one spoke to me with broken English and they asked me for waters all day. I provided them lunch and more drinks. Needless to say, once I signed the contract, I got no communication from them besides an email once in a while.

  Window World lives up to its great reputation. Brought in screens and within a short period of time they had replaced the mesh with all new ones, even though I purchased the windows at least 20 years ago. I also had a problem with a window not going up and locking correctly. They came out and repairs it. Had another one with a small chip that they replaced for free. Definitely recommend Window World!

  My window installation on my home went above and beyond my expectation. 12 windows total within 4 hours . Installers explained thoroughly how to clean and how to operate . I recommend Window World for your upgrade needs.

  Window World was awesome! From customer support, the sales agent and the installers great, friendly and professional. From start to finish only took about 5 weeks. For them to inspect the home, get approved for financing, window world building the windows and installation! I was most impressed with the installation, just two installers only took them about 5 hours for 11 windows. I was really impressed with how the windows look on the house and how amazing of a job the installers did. I highly recommend using Window World for your home projects.

  Great customer service received from Mr. Louis Farmer! He was polite, knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent customer service. The window replacement pricing was as anticipated. In the past, I have competitively bid window replacements and each time I selected Window World so I skipped the bid process this time. Their offer of no interest financing is what allowed me to proceed with the order so having that option is a huge plus. A bit of disappointment in the time between order and install. A month seems a long time to wait for 2 windows but luckily schedule is flexible so not a deal breaker. I highly recommend Window World! .
