  I had a power outage during a storm this afternoon. When the power came back on I had a tripped breaker that wouldn't reset. I called Stuart and they send a technician out within an hour and a half. He replaced my breaker in about 15 min. Bravo!

  They were able to come out to me as a new customer within 5 days. I was impressed because I called Surgi's A/C same day and they weren't able to come out until June 22 (42 days lol). Zach was perfection. He explained everything in detail, gave helpful tips, and was more thorough than my previous A/C company (A.J. Christina) used to be. They'd do a maintenance checkup on 10 minutes. Zach was here for over an hour, ensuring everything was inspected. I don't want to en "that guy" but I'm going to ask for Zach every 6 months I'm due for a check-up. 🏆

  I did not receive a service technician; instead, I was attended to by a salesperson who was trying to sell a product. I am extremely disappointed and distressed by this experience. Furthermore, after I reported the incident, he dared to contact me again, this time with an arrogant demeanor. This behavior is unacceptable. I intend to write a formal letter to an appropriate authority and to file a formal complaint regarding this matter. The individual demonstrated arrogance, lacked the necessary knowledge to repair an air conditioning unit, and provided a quotation without inspecting the unit. Moreover, it appears that during his previous visits to my residence, he may have deliberately damaged my heating system while attempting to sell a $12,000 unit. I am deeply disappointed and hurt by these actions, and I will take formal action to address this issue. Additionally, I advise close supervision of Malik during his activities.

  So far just the response being so prompt was a good sign of professionalism and reliability. Really liked Matthew who came out to give my consultation and cost estimate (same day) was great to speak with and knowledgeable to our needs. 👍

  Good troubleshooting. Fixed the problem. My initial review was 5-star, but I can't sleep knowing this is not right. Bottom line is that we had some lightning blowing up the protection circuit of the three outdoor outlets of which one is used for the septic tank aerating pump. Stuart fixed it and i am happy with that. What bothers me is how much I got charged for this. Upon arrival I explained the problem. He came with a story about trouble shooting and the charges it would bring. All in all the guy was 5 minutes at the circuit breaker panel to check the outgoing power. He then went on replacing the first outlet and told us that this would be $500. I needed the other two also replaced and he charged me $300 for those. Three outlets total disconnect, strip the wire a bit and put a new one on. They ended up charging $800 for this. This is a month worth of my disability for a simple job. I can't sleep because of that and it hits hard. I had heard of Stuart Services through Walton and Johnsson and figured they would be running an friendly business. They end up taking advantage of the situation that folks don't know the technical side of it all. I left two stars, because the fix was done good and it got things back to working. Eventually we'll get over this, but we will not call this service ever again.
