  Had a patio cover installed in March 2022. It has leaked from the panel seams ever since installation. After letting company know of the leaking, they would send someone out to "patch" the seams where they thought it was leaking. There has been no fix that they have performed that has worked. With continuing problems, they now ignore calls and requests for additional fixes. Please reconsider this company unless you enjoy a leaking roof. By the way, this company removes negative reviews. I have written one before when the issue first started. I am writing another one to let prospective customers know of the shoddy work by this company.

  The Direct Source Resources team that organized and replaced my bathtub was easy to work with and made the upstairs bathroom look brand new! We love it and enjoy it!

  2 yrs and over a dozen comebacks my patio cover still leaks i have to hire a real roofer to fix it. Terrible. Dont deal with these people
