  This is the plumbing company I've long wanted to have! What a fantastic group at Metairie Ben Franklin Plumbing. They're very responsive including after business hours. The technician Gereme was phenomenal: so incredibly nice, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about him: he is a pleasure to work with. Payment was easy and my project was done ahead of the projected time frame. While I didn't hope to have to call them for another job so quickly, when another tenant said their water heater went out, I didn't hesitate to call Ben Franklin. Within 5 min of calling, I was on their schedule for the following morning. And when it's an urgent repair, there's no better feeling than to be confident you have the right place to call.

  🌟EXCELLENT experience from start to finish. I called and spoke with ⭐️CODY, then stopped by on my lunch break to speak with him in person. He immediately had a technician headed my way, and the leak was diagnosed and repaired quickly, professionally, and for a very reasonable $650. But CODY..👍👍👍 Very prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and somehow easy on both the eyes and the wallet. 😂👀‼️ A rare combination in the plumbing world. -And hey if I have another plumbing issue happen, I won’t be mad! 10/10
