  Loved our experience with Avalon Marble. From the moment we walked in the door, Christy was super helpful. She went above and beyond to help us with cabinets, quartz, & cultured marble. Even Larry, where they fabricate, helped us and showed us samples. Christy kept in contact and was very supportive.

  We love our new shower from Avalon Marble. Its exactly what we wanted. They did a great job on our install. Go over and see Avalon Marble on Hwy 59 and they will be happy to help. Jessica and Cristie in the showroom are great. I had a ton of questions and they helped us along the way. We wanted tile but are so happy we went with their subway tile look no grout to clean.

  We had a great experience at Avalon. New home construction was delayed more than a year and our quartzsite sat safe and sound with them, and through their business move, no questions asked. Cliff Lafaye, the owner, advised us on where the big pieces needed to be cut. Our stock was really fractured and prone to breakage. Jessica worked hard with us to allocate the quartzsite until it was fully utilized and we got a half wall cap as a bonus out of her efforts to conserve. Larry and the guys in the shop cut it exactly as planned. Measurements were perfect. Everything fit perfectly. Nothing was lost and the outcome was really gratifying. Thanks to everyone!

  Awesome experience. We had new countertops installed in both bathrooms. They made the process seamless for us. They explained the process thoroughly and kept us informed every step of the way. The end result was absolutely beautiful. The price was very reasonable, much less than I expected and the ladies in the showroom were sweet and kind.

  After doing business with Cliff & Rachel Lafaye of Avalon Mable for years, I ordered a cultured marble corner tub from Avalon for a luxury remodel job in Turtle Creek in Slidell. Avalon installed the tub on the job. Avalon was paid in full promptly. The the plumbing was connected and the glass tile backsplash was installed. Our customer was thrilled. A few weeks later our customer called me about a crack in the tub. When I notified Avalon, they sent out the installer that was involved in the manufacturing and installation of the tub. He looked at the crack and immediately said it was a manufacturing defect and the tub would need to be replaced. From that point forward, no one at Avalon would return my calls or emails. Had to get Slidell Marble to remove and replace the tub. My takeaway; Avalon Marble is great as long as you don't have a problem with their product or installation. If you do they will not stand behind their products. "Satisfaction Guaranteed" What a joke! David Champagne Construction
