  Great experience with this AC repair company! They replaced my blower motor over the weekend, arrived right on time, and did an excellent job. The technician was professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. Highly recommend!

  We really appreciate Cole Air! Our AC went out last week and they came out right away and fixed it wonderfully, even though Robert got stuck in a storm! He came back the very next day to finish and we are so happy to be cool! Thank you.

  Callout fee was $235 on Sunday which is fine. I had other companies work on my system prior to Cole air. Technician basically said he doesn’t like working behind other people. Idk how much troubleshooting he did because the report he wrote up sounded like everything I told him from the beginning. We agreed I probably needed a new unit. He spent 1 hour “troubleshooting” and 1 hour measuring everything to quote me for replacing the whole system. Then proceeded to charge me $327 for the time he was at my home. It was my understanding that quotes were free but apparently he charged me his weekend callout rate the whole time even though half the time was spent “quoting” me for a new system and not diagnosing my issue. I rate Cole air 0/10 because when I called to complain the lady that answers the phone was rude to me and never gave me a return call.

  Hired this company because the ac was not cooling as it should. Young man came out, bent over and looked at the outdoor condenser unit, (didn't touch it, just looked) said it was probably not cooling properly because it was dirty. Said it would be $325 if he cleaned it. He never checked or tested anything. That "look" cost $125.....for nothing! Other than this "repair" person, it may be a decent company but I won't waste another $125 to find out. Hired someone else to fix the problem.

  Called this A/C company to come and look at a non profilt verteran organization. a female tech came out and claimed we had a leak, said that she filled it up and left, did not even attampt to fix or find said leak, charged us close to $400. We called to ask them if they was going to come out to repair it. They claimed they would have to make a new ticket and send a different tech out because the other person wasnt able to do repairs and charge us again. We called another A/C companny to come out to check it out, they found no leaks, the issue was the drain pan was clogged and full of water, the shut off kept the a/c from running properly. This unit was filled with freon prior to the summer months also, I fell as this company scammed us out of $400 and didnt do anything.
