  I am a local solutions advisor with ADT security. Upon an appointment consulting their property for security, Ms. Brenda and Mr. Russ were over and above accommodating, welcoming and helpful in showing and explaining to me their security concerns as to enhancing their closed circuit camera system. I’m sure their staff offers the same genuine customer service to all their customers from home to home. Highly recommend this local Roto-Rooter to cure the ails of any plumbing issues and needs here in Acadiana 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽.

  I highly recommend Roto-Rooter! The technicians who came to our home were very knowledgeable and professional. They definitely know what they’re doing! Justin phoned me when they were on their way and he his partner, Noah, spent time fixing the problem. They double checked it and made sure that the drain was fixed before they left. Justin explained the issue and said not to hesitate to call the company if I had anymore issues with my drain. It’s so refreshing to have technicians that are so polite, friendly and knowledgeable to do service work! The only thing that they could have done better was to have washed my dishes before they left!! lol Now that my drain is clear, I’ll happily get to work on them myself. Thanks again!

  Noah, Justin, Chris, Blake, Shawn, and Rusty did an outstanding job. I have an issue where my solar panel installation damaged my sewer pipe. When I say that the team were active in helping me to resolve this issue I do not have enough praise nor morning to present to them. I had the line clogged multiple times, and they came out with a smile and very respectable. They also took it higher and spoke with my solar company to handle the payments thus avoiding the middle man (me) to continue doing my daily work, thank you guys and girls Christina and order how also assisted with coordination of the visit. Truly I’m grateful and blessed to have such outstanding and caring people assisting me to resolved this problem.

  Guys informed me of price upfront. Even had to re-schedule due to medical emergency. They did the work promptly on the final scheduled date. Only thing was the pump out needed to be scheduled on a different day. Was called back and clarified that pumping is a different company. Raising rating to 5.

  I had a great experience with Shawn!! He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He took the time to help me with all of my questions and concerns. He explained everything clearly and made sure everything was taking care of properly.
