- JCJack ChapmanAug 7, 20265.0Jacob and Next Plumbing made a great first impression today to adjust several water on/off handles that had become very tight and hard to use. One on/off had a tiny broken part that didn’t allow me to turn it off at the “stop.” It was such an easy process. I was able to make an appointment online and easily adjust the time when called. A service mgr called in advance to say his tech was about to finish a job and that we were next. Then he asked several questions about my issues. I next got a text with a picture from a tech named Jacob. Soon he arrived in a company truck with a suitable uniform. He introduced himself, put shoe covers on, double checked our problems, ready to go. He made one diagnosis with prices from his office and went to work. Soon he told me, that our problems could be fixed if he took another, less expensive route, and of course, I agreed. In addition, Jacob showed and explained what he wanted to do, and then, what he had done. The whole time, he was courteous and professional. in his explanations. It was my first experience with Next Plumbing and I know who to call for future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Next Plumbing and Jacob.

Next Plumbing rerouted the water and drain lines, coordinated the timing with our contractor, and tested every connection before the cabinets were installed. Everything was completed on schedule, and having the plumbing done correctly made the rest of the renovation go much more smoothly.
