  Andrew was amazing. We just moved into our home after several months of work being done to it. We replaced all our countertops and sinks with something different so everything have to be replumbed in. Only running water we had in our home was from the tub and shower. He came on a Thursday to give us a quote. We didn’t respond til later that night maybe Friday morning I believe. Got the call Friday from one of the reps and was told we would be put on the schedule just wasn’t gonna happen today because they were booked up. Next thing you know we get a text that Andrew was on his way to our location he will be there in 15 minutes. I was puzzled for a second but the rep spoke with Andrew and he told them that the only running water we had was from our tub and shower. So they sent him right away to solve our issue. Very professional and outstanding tech. He will definitely be our go too if we have any issues again. Cleaned up after himself checked his work multiple time just to make sure nothing leaked. We appreciate you so much Andrew and NEXT PLUMBING. Highly recommend

  Jakeb came out to figure out a mystery leak on the floor between my tub and toilet. He was kind, courteous, and helpful as he processed through and naturally eliminated possible causes. Like a good detective he narrowed down the problem and discovered the source to be water leaking from the grout in my shower walls. He successfully remedied the problem for me. It was such a pleasant experience. Next plumbing services were professional and excelled in communication from my first phone call, to check-ins and eta's, along with follow ups. I highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing needs.

  Great response time to unclog a drain line Ty was very thorough in making sure the line was fully clear before he finished This has been a drain line I have had problems with in the past 2yrs This was a very bad blockage that had to be cleared and took several hrs to complete It now drains better than every Ty was very professional, explained how he could resolve the issue and followed up with great results I will have Next plumbing back the next time I have a plumbing issue Thank y’all at Next for a job well done Denzel Sunset, La

  Would NOT recommend!! Next Plumbing caused hundreds of thousands of dollars of damage to our home that we just moved into 6 months ago. The owner is refusing a refund even though his company is admittedly 100% in the wrong & has not checked on us once after it happened. We have been under construction for 2.5 months with no end in sight. No business is perfect, but it’s about how you handle situations when things go wrong. When your client has endured months of stress, expenses, construction, and has been taken away from work and family, it’s morally shocking to not offer a refund. Only greed is involved here. Highly recommend to find someone else for your plumbing needs so you’re not in the situation that we’re currently in.

  We hired them to install tankless hot water heater. This flooding is what happened a couple of days after their install. There is not anyone on call over the weekend. On the weekends/ after hours, an A.I. receptionist is all you will get. Another plumber arrived before they were of service. There is over $100k in damages, they have denied a refund on the labor install, and their insurance is low balling, we have now been under renovation for several months, they have paid for zero, they have called to check-in zero, they have apologized zero. I’d stay away. It may be great if everything goes well, but if it doesn’t go well. Then you’re on your own. Look elsewhere. There are better ones out there.
