  Mr. James was very courteous, professional, and very nice. He took special care to be neat and to clean up when he had finished the job. He repaired our leaking upstairs toilet and then replaced an outside faucet that was also leaking. He did a great job.

  I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. My new hot water heater was installed by Jon & Luke. They are very professional and did excellent service.

  James with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing completed a kitchen sink and faucet installation for us. He did a completely professional job. James is very knowledgeable about his work. He is also very friendly. And, he left the area clean. I will definitely call on them again if the need arises in the future.

  Benjamin Franklin Plumbing truly goes above and beyond! Before the appointment, I received photos and bios of each technician, so I knew exactly who would be arriving. James, Luke, Jon and the entire team were professional, respectful, and extremely thorough.... from wearing shoe covers inside our home to keeping everything neat and clean. I know there are a lot of single ladies out there needing plumbers, but also married ladies who have husbands at work who would be dealing with this company alone at home. I would trust them with my wife and my children if I was not home with the level of integrity that I witnessed. With Louisiana temperatures reaching 113 degrees, they arrived first thing in the morning, climbed into our attic, and knocked out the project. They found and corrected several issues, including an A/C drain line that wasn’t up to code, and even caught problems I had never noticed. Pablo, the owner, personally came by to introduce himself and shake my hand, and Heather has been wonderful at communicating. Their commitment to excellence and customer service is truly unmatched. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
